Michele Sires-DeLorean lives in Colorado, USA, where nature's beauty and wonder dominate. Born into an artistic family, she had been interested in art from her earliest years, but has only begun to pursue the craft with passion and discipline in the last ten years. Extended travel to the European and Asia-Pacific continents provided her with valuable opportunities for instruction and artistic development. Founder and Past President of the Ken-Caryl Art Guild, Michele had been privileged to help grow the local community of artists and assist them with their personal and professional objectives. Michele believes that there is nothing more powerful than tapping into the creative root that is our birthright. We make things in response to our natural instincts; it is part of our being human. Oils, acrylics, and clay are Michele's mediums of choice. Her subject matter encompasses the natural world of landscapes, trees and wildlife, and of personal interest, her faces on stone.
